Abstract

FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF TABLET IN TABLET OF MAGNESIUM GLYCINE COMPLEX AND VITAMIN D3 TABLET

ABSTRACT

The present study is investigated for formulation development and evaluation of Vitamin D3. Research is focused to improve the stability of the drug by changing the production process meant for the treatment of rickets, familial hypophosphatemia and hypoparathyroidism, and in the management of hypocalcemia and renal osteodystrophy in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing dialysis, calcium in the management and prevention of primary or corticosteroid-induced osteoporosis.
