UNILATERAL BUPHTHALMOS OF THE LEFT EYE IN A 43-YEAR-OLD WOMAN

ABSTRACT

Buphthalmia is a rare condition that is characterized by an abnormal increase in the size of the eyeball. It is often associated with pathologies such as congenital glaucoma or eye trauma. In our case, mentioned it is a unilateral buphthalmia complicated by a total detachment of the retina in a 43-year-old woman with no notable pathological history.
